Our Minerals
Our minerals came from Artigas, Uruguay. Uruguayan Amethysts from the northern region of Artigas are the best and fine quality stones in the world. For this reason, in 2015 Artigas was declared the National Capital of precious and semiprecious stones. Coveted for its spectacular beauty is highly valued for the expert buyer due to its deep purple color and shiny crystals. This makes it one of the most renowned gemstones worldwide.
We are located in Uruguay. We ship from here.
Despite being far away, our logistics work very well and usually, our customers receive a shipment from us faster than a local shipment.
Yes, our minerals are natural. They don’t have any chemical treatments.
Exceptionally, if there is a product that is not natural, it will be clearly specified.

Southern Minerals takes special care when packaging orders. We make sure to have a secure packaging to ensure your crystals arrive in optimal condition. Nevertheless, we understand that there may be some damage. If you encounter any issues with the packaging or the condition of your crystals, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter. Returns & Refunds
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy:
We do not accept returns as we believe that our site provides enough information about
our products through description, dimensions, photos, and videos. If you need further information, please contact us before making a purchase.
Regarding exchanges, we allow changes if you have not yet received the tracking
information for your order.
For cancellations before the shipment of goods, we will refund the funds, but we will deduct the commission charged by PayPal for the transaction. We hope you understand this policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
